Bad, bad preparation. That is all I can say about both my move, and my upcoming holiday. Last night it was 11 o’ clock, nothing was in boxes, with the movers due at 7 this morning. 3 hours sleep. Tonight it is 9 o’ clock, I must still finish moving, and then start packing for my holiday in Mozambique.
Luckily, I knew myself well enough to know it would be like this, and over the weeks prepared a detailed checklist of what to take with. Something stupid like a recharger for the batteries for your underwater camera, can ruin a holiday!
It is going to be so good to just relax. Things have been so full tilt, that I seriously can’t imagine what it feel like to just lie back and relax. Especially when it is 20 metres underwater.
Oh wow, and seeing manta rays and whale sharks – just what I always wanted to do.
And then after a break, a new year. Filled with opportunities, a chance to progress yourself from the platform that you have. I have been noticing lately again how easy life can be when you are in tune with your intuition. Whether it be business decisions or furnishing a house or choosing a relationship – you follow what is coming through into your mind and it marvellously takes you to the right place. If only we could do this more regularly, more effortlessly.
It is really pleasing me to see that so many people are adding this page to their favourites list. So the writing is interesting you – that is great. What I would enjoy, is if people would write to me with comments on what they find intriguing, what they want to know more about.
I apologise, I know this post is jumping all over the place, but I want to say something to you all before I head into the wilderness to refresh. People often ask me how I would describe my beliefs, and I don’t answer. But the real answer, is mysticism. Not New-Age Aunties staring into a crystal ball with posters of unicorns around them.. No, it is a fascination with and study of the Mystery of Life. And the more you focus, the more you uncover, the more fascinating and inspiring it becomes. And that is all we need to keep going.
